Delivery Information

We normally send out orders within 2 to 3 working days (we have a special arrangment with our delivery companies which helps keep the delivery costs to you down).

Our main bulk of delivery is done through courier company which requires a signature. We can be sent by either An Post or Courier.

We will send any small items (thermometers, leg rings etc.) through An Post for €3.

We do not charge the full cost of delivery, where possible we have tried to absorb some of the delivery costs so we could give you a simple, easy to understand and affordable delivery rate.

Price Bands:

Main price band is:

Orders up to 30kg (1 parcel) are charged at €6.50

Each additional parcel is €6.50.

For small orders:

Orders up to 0.5kg are charged at €3

Our checkout will automatically calculate the postage for you.

We reserve the right that if an order is very large to contact you about pallet rates, which on large orders could work out cheaper for you.

Returns Policy:

1. Cancellation.

   Goods can be returned within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund. We will refund the price paid as soon as possible by cheque. Notification of cancellation must be in writing. Either by letter at our address (see contact page) or by emailing us (see contact page).

    

2. Returns Policy.

   Any claims for damage or shortage should be made within 3 working days of reciept of the order. Any claims after this won't be considered. The goods must be returned unused & in their original packaging. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will either, repair, replace or exchange goods or refund you the price paid including delivery.

   In all other cancellation circumstances the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and can either exchange the goods or we will refund you the amount paid for goods only. All goods must be returned for inspection before agreeing to the refund.

    

3. Couriers.

   When you recieve goods from Good Life Supplies please take the time to check the goods on delivery before you sign. Otherwise we cannot process claims for damaged goods if you have signed for them in good condition.

   If goods are damaged return them to the driver and sign"Goods damaged & returned" next to your signature.

   If otherwise unsure then write "Goods Unchecked" next to your signature.

Weight:

Unfortuantely due to postal terms some items are calculated using dimensional weights. To counter this some of our products weights have also had to be listed using dimensional weights. This is to give you the best value on your delivery. Other weights are an approximate figure (final delivery has to take into account the weight of the packaging).
