A Chinese cucumber variety which grows very long and thin with a spiny skin, which may sound a bit off putting but Soyu is well known for its tender, burpless, bitter-free fruits and its high yields. 

Note: We have seen these grown & tasted them and becasue of that were determined to try and get these for the Irish Market. Not the prettiest to look at but a definite for anyone who finds cucumber repeats (these didn't for me!!!). This will be our first year growing them, keep an eye on the blog for how wer're doing.
