Our terms are as follows :

About Us:

We are a family run business and have a keen interest in growing/rearing our own food as well as Brewing, Bottling and preserving our food too. Good Life Supplies was set up not only as a business but also as a way for people to get tools, equipment and information that you might need to start growing your own.

While we will try to give you the best service and products we can, Sods Law says things will on rare occasions go wrong.

If you have any complaints about our products or service we want to fix it so let us know. Our contact details are on our contact page, we'll be happy to help.

Also if you have any general comments (Including praise, which we love to hear) then send them to us too.

Buying and Payment:

This couldn't be easier. Just browse through the online store and add to cart any items you want to buy. Then click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for details to complete the order. 

We use paypal to process our credit/debit card orders (A recognised, safe & secure method of payment). But we also accept cheques, bankers draft or postal orders. Please don't send cash by post.

All payments have to be cleared before we dispatch your order.

Shipping And Handling:

We normally send out orders within 2 to 3 working days (we have a special arrangment with our delivery companies which helps keep the delivery costs to you down).

Our main delivery is done through courier company which requires a signature. Delivery cost per box/package is €6.50 per 30kg & We will send any small items (thermometers, leg rings etc.) through An Post for €3.

Prices below are not the full cost of delivery we have tried to absorb as much of this cost as possible so that we can give you the best price we can for delivery.

Price Bands:

Main price band is:

Orders up to 30kg (1 parcel) are charged at €6.50. Each additional parcel is €6.50

 For small orders: Orders up to 0.5kg are charged at €3

Our checkout will automatically calculate the postage for you.

 We reserve the right that if an order is very large to contact you about pallet rates, which on large orders could work out cheaper for you.

Back Orders:

We are bringing in a lot of these items to Ireland and keep a large stock base, however if on a rare occasion we are out of stock of an item we will back order for you, this will result in a small delay but where it runs to more than 2 weeks(from date of cleared payment) we will split the delivery at no extra cost. We will inform you of this.

VAT:

We are registered for VAT as of 1st October 2010 & a VAT invoice will be sent with orders.

General:

At Good Life Supplies we reccomend that you do not buy livestock, eggs etc until you have the goods from us recieved and checked.

All advice given by Good Life Supplies is exactly that advice. An expert eg Veteniary Surgeon, Electrician, Enviromental Health Officer we are not and in any case where you are unsure please get in the appropiate expert.

All goods remain the property of Good Life Supplies until paid for in full. In the cases of causes outside of Good Life Supplies Control ie Acts of God, war, hostilities, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, trade disputes, accident, acts or restraints of Government or any other cause outside our control then Good Life Supplies is not liable to you. We accept no liability to the extend permitted by law for any loss, damage, or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided or goods supplied.
